What should my daughter wear to class?

If your child is a first time student, please wear a leotard, tank top, or tight fitting t-shirt, and tight fitting shorts or tights. After you register, you will be required to purchase a dance leotard and tights from us. Your daughter must wear this uniform to practice and hair must be pulled back into a tight ponytail or bun.

What should my daughter bring to class?
After you register, you will be required to purchase a dance leotard and tights from us. Your daughter must wear this uniform to practice. She should also bring a bottled water to stay hydrated throughout practice.

How will my daughter be placed in a class?
New gymnasts are placed in a class depending on their age and abilities. If a child shows a growth in her abilities, she may move up to the next level class the following Fall.

What is the average class size?

Recreational classes range from 5-10 girls. The low teacher to gymnast ratio allows for individualized attention for each girl and allows the students to form close friendships with their fellow classmates.

How do I sign up for the competitive team?
​
Girls can only enter our competitive team by coach's recommendation. Your daughter will be evaluated based on flexibility, skill level, strength, and ability to follow directions and movements.

Can I go to any one of the four locations?
​The recreational program is offered at each of our four locations. However, the class that is the most appropriate for your gymnast given her age and skill level may not be offered at your preferred location.

Are make-up classes available?

Yes. We offer make up classes if your child misses a class.

Do you offer rhythmic programs for boys?
​
No. We do not offer a boys rhythmic program at this time.
